Sono trapelati poi dettagli sui contenuti del gioco, GTA V sarà classificato come “M” (Mature) e non sarà adatto ai più piccoli per ovvi motivi. Ecco cosa abbiamo scoperto dai leak pubblicati sul web:

• I giocatori potranno usare vari mezzi per estorcere informazioni ai malcapitati, usando anche forte violenza.
• Nel gioco sono presenti attività sessuali con tanto di interazione da parte del giocatore, anche se non ci saranno nudità.
• Ci saranno programmi TV e spot per adulti.
• I giocatori potranno usare droghe e alcol, nonchè guidare sotto l’influenza di queste sostanze.
• Confermata la presenza di parolacce ed epiteti razzisti.

Rockstar Games si dice molto dispiaciuta per l’accaduto e si scusa con i giocatori che sono entrati in contatto con spoiler e anticipazioni. Sony dal canto suo si è scusata con gli sviluppatori e con i giocatori ed ha rimosso il gioco dai server PlayStation Network.
GTA V sarà disponibile nei negozi dal 17 settembre nei formati PlayStation 3 e Xbox 360.
